THE STUDIO
The private studio is custom-designed to provide ideal lighting conditions for all occasions. The ambience makes each session feel special, relaxed, personal, and playful. Refreshments are served. A dressing room facility is available if you wish to go directly to a special event following your session. The studio is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto—minutes from the College subway station, The Eaton Center, Kensington Market, Bloor-Yorkville, and many museums and fine restaurants. The address, corresponding directions, and parking options are forwarded upon appointment confirmation. Wheel chair access.
BUSINESS DETAILS
Studio Hours: 10 – 7 PM – Wednesday through Saturday, and every third Sunday of the month
Earlier or later appointments, Sunday and Holiday appointments are available by special arrangement and are subject to separate fees.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A 48-hour notice is required for changes and cancellations.
Confidentiality and privacy are assured to all clients. All fees are subject to HST.
Accepted Forms of Payment include: Interact, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, email money transfer and cash.
Studio Appointments — We wish to point out that we are making a commitment exclusively to you and reserving time with Dino in his private makeup studio. This means we are not double-booking or squeezing people in before, during, or directly after you.
Wait List — In the event that Dino is not able to book an appointment for you on a particular date you hoped for, you are invited to be placed on our internal waiting list. In the event that we receive a cancellation, you will be notified of the opening. We request a response from you within 12 hours of notification. Should we not hear back from you by then, we will offer the opportunity to the next person on the waiting list. We feel this is fair in the name of sensible beauty on demand.
Cancellations — We totally understand that life can present unexpected surprises that cause us to have to change in our daily and weekly schedules. In the event that you need to cancel or change your appointment we request 48 hours’ notice. In the event that Dino is in a position to cancel your Makeup Lesson appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or personal matters you will be properly notified. As soon as Dino is able to return to the studio, you will be contacted and given priority to re-book this appointment.
If your booking was for a Makeup Application, Dino will make every effort to provide a suitable makeup artist to take his place.
