I proudly stand behind my products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, simply return it within 7 business days for a full refund or credit for the cost of your purchase, less shipping fees.

Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging and packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

DDB Mail Order Policies

We graciously thank you for your product orders. Mail orders are sent out within 3 - 5 business days of receipt. In the event that we are out-of-stock on a product, we will send out available products and fulfill backordered items at no additional delivery charge. Or, with your permission, we will hold your order and send out when all items are back in stock. You will be notified either way.

We use the expedited service from Canada Post to deliver mail orders. It’s an express service that’s faster than regular mail with delivery within 2 days in Toronto and a day or 2 longer for further Canadian and International destinations. This delivery service includes insurance and a tracking number that can be easily traced on-line at www.canadapost.com

Rush Deliveries

Rush Deliveries can also be arranged by courier or car service such as UPS, Fed Ex, and taxi.

Drive by Pick Ups

If you live in Toronto, or plan to visit, you can pick-up your pre-paid order without leaving your car. We’ll arrange a time for you to come by and I will deliver your order right to your car door.

Damaged Goods

In the event an item arrives to you broken, please contact me and I will replace the item for you.

In the event this should happen we will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete. You will be notified when the product is back-in-stock and will ship it to you at no additional cost.
