To secure your appointment and reserve my time specifically for you, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to confirming your appointment.

Please confirm receipt of this email within 48 hours and submit your deposit within that same timeframe. If I do not receive your confirmation and deposit within 48 hours, I will assume that you have decided not to proceed, and your appointment will be released.

Payment Options

·       E-transfer: You are welcome to send your deposit by e-transfer to citycat104@gmail.com.

·       Credit card: If you prefer to pay by credit card, an invoice will be sent to you through Square. Payment can be made online using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

·       Phone payment: If you do not bank online, you are also welcome to call and provide your credit card information by phone.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes that may require you to adjust your plans. We will always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

·       48 hours or more: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When the required notice is provided, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

·       Less than 48 hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

·       Same-day cancellations: Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

·       No-shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
