Application
For the best application, begin with lip balm. For the lightest sheer application, dab lipstick over your lips and spread out colour with your fingertips. For more strength, apply the lipstick directly to your lips and build intensity by layering on more colour. Mix warm and cool colours together for one-of-a-kind blends. To tame a too- bright lip, layer a softer shade over top.
